Ankara Jazz Festivali is honoured to host Turkish Harmony Stars Orchestra with a great voice Dilek Sert Erdoğan, in its 21st year. We are thankfull to Turkish Armed Forces for the effords to make this Bigband tradition living. Also many thanks to the Orchestra TURKAY and Ms.Erdoğan. We appreciate Tepe Prime for their first participation to the Festival.
Turkish Harmony Stars Orchestra, which was established within the body of Turkish Armed Forces Harmony Band Command in 2006 and which gave memorable concerts at the International Ankara Jazz Festival with the conductor Bnd. Maj. Bilgin BAYRAK in 2007 -2008 and with Bnd. Cpt. Tarık TAL in 2013 is now taking the stage at the 21th International Ankara Jazz Festival with the conductor Bnd. Maj. Murat KESKİN. With its repertoire that appeals to listeners from all ages, TURKAY successfully represents our country and the Turkish Armed Forces at various festivals and organizations in and abroad.
Considered as one of the most important vocals in Turkey in recent years, a “ black vocal” as music critics describe her and the first soul album of Turkey Moments is procduced by Dilek Sert Erdoğan accompanying the Turkish Harmony Stars Orchestra.
