We will celebrate Ella’s 100th Birthday at the Opening Concert of the 21. International Ankara Jazz Festival. We are honoured to be able to do this event at the Residence of a jazz admirer couple. We appreciate the support of the US Embassy, and thank you H.E. Holly Holzer Bass and John Bass.
Ella Fiztgerald is written her name in gold letters in jazz history. To celebrate Ella’s 100th Birthday, Ece Göksu and her Band prepared a project. What we had to do is only to invite them to the Opening Event. Ece and the Band will perform some of her iconic songs like Dream a Little Dream of Me, Summertime, Cheek to Cheek.We would like to thank Ece Göksu and her Band for this special project.
