Ece Göksu, one of the new generation shining stars of jazz on piano and vocals, the guitar legend of years Neşet Ruacan are going to give one of the free open air concerts of the festival with their jazz standards album named 'Slow, Hot Wind', which they have recorded in march. We appreciate the support of Armada.

Ece Göksu, after completing her conservatory education on piano in Turkey, went to the US in 2007 with Fulbright Grant to study a master's degree in vocal jazz. Here, she worked with important names like Nancy Marano, Cecil Bridgewater and Mulgrew Miller. In 2011, she participated in Yavuz Akyazıcı Project's album Turkish Standards Vol.1, she gave a concert with 'The Duke Ellington Orchestra'. Her first solo album Masal was released in 2012.

Neşet Ruacan is a jazz guitar legend of Turkey, who took stage with musicians like Herbie Hancock, John Ormond, Nathan Davies, and Woody Williams, conducted TRT Jazz Orchestra for years and made great contributions to Turkish jazz. He had honored the opening concert of last year's festival. This year Ece Göksu and the contrabass master Volkan Hürsever are going to accompany this great musician. Volkan Hürsever, whom we have hosted previously in the festival with his album Hediye, has taken stage with almost all the jazz musicians in Turkey and worked for a long time with leading musicians of the world like Alan Harris, Marion Cowings, Billy James, Harvey Thompson, and Clifford Jarvis.
